Bergen Klatreklubb skal sammen med Norges Klatreforbund arrangere mesterskapet som kommer til å trekke til seg de beste konkurranseklatrerene i junior- og seniorklassene. Det blir en helg med spenning, latter og overraskelser og vi lover at det kommer til å bli et show du ikke vil gå glipp av.

Nytt i år er at i tillegg til alle de nordiske landene så vil landene i Baltikum (Latvia, Litauen og Estland) også delta i Nordisk mesterskap så det blir ekstra spennende å se hva disse har å by på når det kommer til konkurranseklatring.
For publikum så blir det en liten inngangsbillett som også vil gjelde som inngang for klatring i buldreområdet og på mesaninen lørdag 18. oktober. Søndag 19. oktober vil anlegget være stengt for klatring frem til finalene er ferdige rundt klokken 15.
Prisen for publikumsinngang er 100,- per dag eller 150,- for begge dagene. Barn (0-15 år) kommer inn for halv pris. På lørdagen gjelder publikumsinngangen også som inngangsbillett til senteret og du kan klatre på mesaninen eller i buldreområdet så mye du ønsker.
Det vil også være hektisk rutesetteraktivitet i uken før Nordisk, så deler av anlegget vil være avstengt til rutesetting.

Transport
By air you will arrive at Bergen Airport Flesland By train you will travel via Oslo to Bergen. For public transportation to Vestveggen from city centre the bus line 3 or 4 to Åsane Terminal is recommended (1 km hike to the venue from bus terminal). Bus tickets can be bought using the Skyss App. Busses are operated by Skyss, and more info can be found on their webpage – skyss.no. Other options are taxi or car (10 km from the city centre).
Accommodation
Lots of different accommodation possibilities around Bergen, most options are located in the city centre.
Food & drink
Small selection of snacks, drinks, and cofee in th e climbing gym cafeteria. Cafeteria also available in th e arena. Shopping mall with grocery stores and restaurants within w alking distance from the climbing gym.
Competition format
The competition follows the Nordic 2025 agreement for Nordic Championships
Qualification: 2 routes, flash, video demo, 6 minutes climbing time (40 sec prep), randomized start list
Final: 1 route, on-sight, 6 minutes observation, 6 minutes climbing time (40 sec prep),
10 climbers per class*, 3 climbers in Para. *If at least 10 or more climbers registered in that class

Para classes: IFSC para Classes. (If there are less than 3 participants in a category, that category will be merged according to the IFSC merging system, with possibility for adaptions. Registered athletes at registration deadline counts. Every registered para climber however must have a classification at the registration.

Spectators
There will be small spectator fee for visitors. Athletes and team o icials will not have to pay this fee. The fee includes admission to the gym and there will be areas open for climbing during the qualification day. For the finals on Sunday no climbing is allowed until the prize ceremony is finished.

Anti-Doping
The NKF is certified as a Clean Sport Federation and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward doping, as well as other intoxicants and illegal substances. Regular doping tests are conducted for athletes participating in climbing competitions. It is the athlete’s responsibility to always stay informed about the rules and regulations in effect.
Nordic meeting
The national representatives are welcome to a Nordic competition meeting that is scheduled from 18.00 on Friday October 17. Please send proposed topics for discussion in advance to reino.horak@klatring.no
